Do you have a proven track record of winning software development-based federal contracts?

Do you have relationships and knowledge of agencies such as HHS, the VA, HUD, and the Department of Education?

Are you ready to put those skills and relationships to work on behalf of a small, emerging company that takes an innovative, commercially-oriented approach to federal work?

If so, Pantheon would love to speak with you.

Pantheon is looking for a Director of Federal Sales to lead our efforts to grow our federal business.

We need someone who can execute the entire sales process – from targeting and qualification to teaming and bid analysis to proposal preparation and win.

You will work closely with our senior management team to target opportunities, develop teaming and other relationships, and prepare bids for win.

This is a position that includes all aspects of federal sales and requires someone who can take on the challenge, work with a great deal of autonomy, and deliver results in a fast-paced, hard-charging environment.

The best candidates for this position will:

  • Have 3-5 years of federal capture experience
  • Have relationships and experience working with agencies such as HHS, the VA, HUD, and/or Department of Education
  • Have experience working with software and related consulting services
  • Be well-rounded and able to manage and execute all aspects of the sales process
  • Be self-motivated to develop a wide and deep pipeline to help propel the company’s continued growth
  • Have extraordinary verbal and written communications skills
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset in filling the first federal sales position at our fast-growing company
